This letter is in response to Mr. Abel's letter to our office dated July 2, 1975, relating to our inspection of the Dresden Nuclear Station on May 12, 1975.
With respect to your consnents on Section 4, Paragraph e.(1), the inspection of these penetrations was performed on a sampling basis, and therefore the words "a large number" are considered appropriate.
With respect to your coments on Section 4, Paragraph e.(2), we clarify

this paragraph to state: paper, rage, and wood were found in cable trays at various locations in the auxiliary electric room.
We expect t'.at you have completed your inspection of electrical penetrations and that you have implemented corrective actions if required.
