Email dated June 7, 2016 from Maggie Watford of the NRC to Tim Hope and Jack Hicks of Luminant Power regarding a supplement to Reference 1 Per Reference 1, Luminant Generation Company LLC (Luminant Power) submitted License Amendment Request (LAR)16-001 for revision to the Technical Specifications (TS) for Comanche Peak Nuclear Power Plant (CPNPP) Units 1and2 to adopt TSTF-545, Revision 3. As stated in Reference 2, Luminant Power is submitting this supplement to correct an editorial error in the submitted TS pages.

Attached are the corrected TS pages (marked-up and clean version).

Luminant Power requests approval of the proposed changes by April 27, 2017, with the amendment being implemented within 120 days of issuance.

This communication contains no new licensing basis commitments regarding Comanche Peak Units 1 and 2.
