Dear Sir or Madam:

Reference 1 was Comanche Peak Nuclear Power Plant (CPNPP) License Amendment Request (LAR)12-007 for two, one-time, 14-day Technical Specification (TS) Completion Times (CTs) to complete a plant modification by March 31, 2014. Reference 2 was a request from the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) for additional information needed to review LAR 12-007.

Reference 3 was the NRC's approval of LAR 12-007 and provided the Safety Evaluation for Amendment 160 to the Units 1 and 2 Facility Operating License Nos. NPF-87 and NPF-89, respectively.

TXX-14019 Page 2 of 2 02/13/2014 Luminant Power discovered inconsistencies with some of the figures provided in Reference 2. As a result of conmmunications between Luminant Power and the NRC Staff Project Manager it was agreed that updated figures would be provided. Updated figures are provided in . Luminant Power has reviewed these inconsistencies and determined that there is no material change to the no significant hazards consideration provided by Reference 1 or to the conclusions of the NRC Safety Evaluation Report (Reference 3).

This issue has been entered into the corrective action program (CR-2014-000182) and the FSAR will be updated in accordance with 10CFR50.71(e).
