These reports are being submitted to the NRC by the 15th day of the month following the calendar month covered by the reports, as specified in TS 5.6.4.

2 030404 F 32.9 A 3 Prior to synchronizing to the grid after the refueling outage, Unit No. 2 received an unplanned automatic scram due to problems with the ElectroHydraulic Control system. Corrective actions are documented in AR 89687.

SUMMARY

On April 4, 2003, Unit 2 received an unplanned automatic scram from approximately 22% of rated thermal power. Event description and corrective actions will be documented in LER 2-03-003.
