A boric acid storage system..."; 4.1.2.6, "Each borated water source shall be demonstrated operable:
- a. At least once per 7 days by: 1. Verifying the beran concentration in the water...."; and 3.1.2.2, "At least two of the following three boron injection-flow paths shall be operable: a. The flow path from the boric acid tanks...".
This incident was considered to be of no significance with respect to the health and safety of the public.
