Additionally the following correctives action are scheduled:
The failed tubes from EDG 1-2A Lube Oil Heat Exchanger will be removed for analysis.
Completion Date: January 30, 2009 Analyze the removed tubes to determine the cause of the leakage mechanism.
Completion Date: March 30, 2009 Results of the tube leakage analysis will be incorporated into the service water heat exchanger maintenance program. Completion date: May 30, 2009
