| Title | Use of Delta Suit Respirator |
| Description | The inspector identified an Unresolved Item concerning the use of the Delta Suit respirator during control rod drive exchanges. The inspector observed the use of tape placed over one of the designed escape features of the respirator during the control rod drive exchange performed under the reactor vessel. The use of tape was not referenced in the licensee's procedure for this respirator. This issue is considered to be an Unresolved Item. (URI 05000341/2014002-05, Use of Delta Suit Respirator) pending completion of the NRC's review of the issue to determine whether it is a performance deficiency of more-than-minor significance. |
