Subject:

Withdrawal of Licensee Event Report 2012-006, Revision 0, for the Fort Calhoun Station By letter dated June 25, 2012, Omaha Public Power District (OPPD) submitted Licensee Event Report (LER) 2012-006, Revision 0, "Operation of Component Cooling Pumps Outside of the Manufacturers Recommendation," for the Fort Calhoun Station (FCS). Based on additional investigation, the FCS Engineering Department has determined that the flow instrumentation was inaccurate and that the pumps have been operated as designed. As a result, OPPD is withdrawing LER 2012-006 and this number will not be reused.

No commitments are being made in this letter.
