La Crosse Boiling Water Reactor Possession Only License No. DPR-45 Changes to the La Crosse Boiling Water Reactor (LACBWR) ISFSI Physical Security Plan In accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p}(2), Dairyland Power Cooperative (DPC) is submitting the explanation of changes for the July revision of the La Crosse Boiling Water Reactor (LACBWR)
Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation (ISFSI) Physical Security Plan (PSP) and Appendices. This revision has been determined to not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the current security plan.
This revision is being submitted to reflect changes that will be implemented at the time of license transfer from LaCrosseSolutions to DPC. - LACBWR ISFSI Physical Security Plan Summary of Changes, contains security related information. DPC requests that the information provided in Enclosure 1 be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 2.390. - Physical Security Plan along with: Appendix I Safeguards Contingency Plan and Appendix II Security Force Training & Qualification Plan. The information provided in Enclosure 2 is SAFEGUARDS INFORMATION pursuant to 10 CFR 73.21.
This document does not contain regulatory commitments.
The enclosed changes to the ISFSI PSP and PSP Appendices are being submitted prior to implementation.
