ZION NUCLEAR POWER STATION UNITS 1 AND 2 - FINAL STATUS SURVEY REPORT PHASE 4 QUALITY ISSUE
Dear Mr. Sauger:
By letter dated May 1, 2020 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System
[ADAMS] Accession No. ML20133J975), you submitted Final Status Survey Report (FSSR) - Phase 4. The staff review has identified that FSSR 12110 contains duplicate information from FSSR 12111. We understand that corrected information has been provided to the staff via Box to facilitate our review. However, a corrected FSSR must be submitted on the docket as an official record. Please provide that submittal at your earliest convenience.
In accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations section 2.390 of the U.S.
Nuclear Regulatory Commissions (NRC) Agency Rules of Practice and Procedure, a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records component of NRCs ADAMS.
