Reactor and Senior Reactor Operator Final Operating Examination On November 29, 2011, the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) provided the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), by overnight mail, a hard copy of the Final Operator Exam as required by NUREG-1021, Operator Licensing Examination Standards for Power Reactors. On November 30, 2011, Mr. Ron Aiello, Lead Examiner, acknowledged receipt of the hard copy exam. Enclosed with this letter is the electronic copy, on CD, of the Final Operator Exam. This letter documents the completion of these actions.

This letter contains no new commitments. In accordance with 10 CFR 55.49, Integrity of Examinations and Tests, and NUREG-1021, appropriate measures have been taken to ensure examination integrity and security. Accordingly, it is requested that the written examinations, operating tests and associated documentation delivered to the NRC be withheld from public disclosure until the examinations are completed.
