NRC INSPECTION REPORT NO. 50-150/2005-202

Dear Dr. Baeslack:

This letter refers to the inspection conducted on October 3-6, 2005, at the Ohio State University Research Reactor. The inspection included a review of activities authorized for your facility.

The enclosed report presents the results of that inspection.

Areas examined during the inspection are identified in the report. Within these areas, the inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures and representative records, interviews with personnel, and observation of activities in progress. No response to this letter is required.
