Response to NRC RAI letter dated 16-January-2019 regarding license amendment request to modify Technical Specifications 3.5 and 5.1.2 for License R-75 of the Ohio State University Research Reactor Per a Request for Additional Information (RAI) letter from the NRC dated January 16, 2019, responses to three questions were requested to clarify information sent previously. The Ohio State University Research Reactor (OSURR) staff just recently received the letter, so we need to request additional time for answering the questions beyond the desired response date. Due to existing commitments, we believe that we will need more than 30 days, but we believe that 45 days from the date of this letter will be adequate. If we happen to need additional time for any of the questions beyond that, we will send a subsequent letter stating so.
