Description

On May 17, 2018, a To-Be-Determined (TBD) finding and an associated Apparent Violation of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) Part 50, Appendix B, Criterion V, Instructions, Procedures, and Drawings, and Technical Specification 3.8.2, Condition B.3,were self-revealed for the licensees failure to follow multiple procedures that affected quality.This resulted in the unavailability and inoperability of the Division 2 Emergency Diesel Generator when it was relied upon for plant safety
