Description	The inspectors identified a Green finding for the failure to perform an operability determination in accordance with Procedure OPAA108115, Operability Determinations (CM1). Specifically, the licensee failed to determine and document the operability status of the shutdown service water system and the ultimate heat sink after the discovery of leakage past the 1CC075A and 1CC076A isolation valves.
