L332421The purpose of this letter is to provide the information requested by the NuclearRegulatory Cornmission (NRC) with respect to renewing Special Nuclear Material (SNM)License SNM-2014 forWatts Bar Nuclear Plant WBN) Unit 2. Enclosure 1 provldes therequested infonnation regarding the SNM License renewal.

The first paragraph in Section 4.5 of the Watts Bar Nuclear PlantUnit 2 Part 70 Safety Analysis Report was revised to reference NEI 03-04, as shownbelow.4.5 TRAINING COMMITMENTS A radiation protection training program shall be developed, documented, and administered Iconsistent with expectations as outlined in NEI 03-04, "Guideline for GeneralAccess ITraining".

This program is implemented in General Employee Training for NPG powerplant facilities.

All individuals who in the course of employment are likely to receive anoccupational exposure to radiation from licensed and unlicensed radiation sources underthe control of the licensee in excess of 100 mrem in a year shall receive radiation protection training commensurate with their duties and responsibilities (10 CFR 19.12) andinstructions on U.S. NRC Regulatory Guides 8.13 and 8.29.E2-1
