License SNM-2014 forWatts Bar Nuclear Plant WBN) Unit 2. Enclosure 1 provldes the requested infonnation regarding the SNM License renewal. Enclosure 2 addresses a separate verbal infonnation reguest received from M. Diaz regarding training.

Enclosure 2 Training ln response to a verbal request for a clarification of training standards, the following information is provided. The first paragraph in Section 4.5 of the Watts Bar Nuclear Plant Unit 2 Part 70 Safety Analysis Report was revised to reference NEI 03-04, as shown below.

4.5 TRAINING COMMITMENTS A radiation protection training program shall be developed, documented, and administered I consistent with expectations as outlined in NEI 03-04, "Guideline for GeneralAccess I Training". This program is implemented in General Employee Training for NPG power plant facilities. All individuals who in the course of employment are likely to receive an occupational exposure to radiation from licensed and unlicensed radiation sources under the control of the licensee in excess of 100 mrem in a year shall receive radiation protection training commensurate with their duties and responsibilities (10 CFR 19.12) and instructions on U.S. NRC Regulatory Guides 8.13 and 8.29.
