in10CFRChapterI.Thefacilityispresently beingoperatedinaccordance withProvisional Operating LicenseNo.DPR-17issuedbythcCommission onAugust22,1969.Thefull-term licensewillnotbeissueduntiltheCommission hasmadethcfindings, reflecting itsreviewoftheapplication undertheAtomicEnergyActof1954,asamended,whichwillbesetforthintheproposedlicense,andhasconcluded thattheissuanceofthelicensewillnotbeinimicaltothecommondefenseandsecurityortothehealthandsafetyofthepublic.Thelicenseehassatisfied itsobligation concerning indemnifi-cationasrequiredbySection170oftheActand10CFRPart140oftheCommission's regulations.

Thefacilityissub)ecttotheprovisions ofSectionAofAppendixDto10CFRPart50,whichsetsforthprocedures applicable toreviewofenvironmental considerations forproduction andutilization facilities.
