(Indian Point Nuclear Generating Units 2 and 3) Docket Nos. 50-247-LR and 50-286-LR ASLBP No. 07-858-03-LR-BD01 May 27, 2015 ORDER (Granting New York's Motion for an Eight-Day Extension of the Filing Deadline) On May 26, 2015, the State of New York (New York) filed a motion for an eight-day extension of the June 1, 2015 deadline to file updated statements of position, supporting testimony and exhibits.1 Entergy, Clearwater and NRC Staff do not oppose the extension and Riverkeeper supports and joins in the motion.2 The Board hereby grants New York's motion for an extension of the filing deadline to June 9, 2015.
