in10CFRChapterI.ThefacilityispresentlybeingoperatedinaccordancewithProvisionalOperatingLicenseNo.DPR-17issuedbythcCommissiononAugust22,1969.Thefull-termlicensewillnotbeissueduntiltheCommissionhasmadethcfindings,reflectingitsreviewoftheapplicationundertheAtomicEnergyActof1954,asamended,whichwillbesetforthintheproposedlicense,andhasconcludedthattheissuanceofthelicensewillnotbeinimicaltothecommondefenseandsecurityortothehealthandsafetyofthepublic.Thelicenseehassatisfieditsobligationconcerningindemnifi-cationasrequiredbySection170oftheActand10CFRPart140oftheCommission'sregulations.Thefacilityissub)ecttotheprovisionsofSectionAofAppendixDto10CFRPart50,whichsetsforthproceduresapplicabletoreviewofenvironmentalconsiderationsforproductionandutilizationfacilities.Withinthirty(30)daysfromthedateofpublicationofthisnoticeintheFEDERALREGISTER,thelicenseemayfilearequestforahearingandanypersonwhoseinterestmaybeaffectedbythisproceedingmayfileapetitionforleavetointervenewithrespecttotheissuanceofafull-termfacilityoperatinglicense.RequestsforahearingandpetitionstointerveneshallbefiledinaccordancewiththeCommission's-rulesofpracticein10CFRPart2.Ifarequestforahearingorpetitionforleavetointerveneisfiledwithinthetimeprescribedinthisnotice,theCommissionwillissueanoticeofhearingoranappropriateorder.
