At the present time, none of

the transcripts have been released under the Freedom of Information Act.
However, several transcripts have been provided to the non-NRC employee interviewees and the McCarten interview is currently undergoing review under FOIA for the purpose of a partial release.
Also, GAP has a FOIA request for all documents, including the interviews, gen-erated by the OIA/Zimmer inquiry.
Until the GAP request is processed, please treat the transcripts as confidential NRC documents.
