Dear Mr. Clark:
The purpose of this letter is 'to confim the January 7,1981 meeting between yourself Mr. Thomas Devine, and two representatives of the OfficeofInspectorandAuditor(OIA), Messrs.ArthurSchnebelenand John Sinclair. ,
As discussed during the meetin'g, some of the infomation which was obtained by the Government Accountability Project (GAP) was furnished DIA with some assurances of "confi',dentiality" to certain individuals.
