Dear Mr. Clark:

The purpose of this letter is 'to confim the January 7,1981 meeting between yourself Mr. Thomas Devine, and two representatives of the OfficeofInspectorandAuditor(OIA), Messrs.ArthurSchnebelenand John Sinclair.

As discussed during the meetin'g, some of the infomation which was obtained by the Government Accountability Project (GAP) was furnished DIA with some assurances of "confi',dentiality" to certain individuals.
