HALLENBECK was telephonically interviewed by Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC),
Office of Investigations, Investigator, Vanessa G. Selewski, on December 15, 1994, regarding details surrounding the attached letter forwarded by him to this office. HALLENBECK provided the following information.

HALLENBECK related that Herman FAGLEY, FP&L Construction Services Site Manager, s
Dale JACOBS, Welding Engineer, and P0 ARCH would deny his allegations and make him t
(HALLENBECK) look like the " bad guy."
HALLENBECK added that if nothing else results from this investigation, he wants P0 ARCH " watched."
