Arlington, VA, 22207 Email: dmjohn2003@yahoo.com Phone: 7036159307 General Comment The NRC should require a new Environmental Impact Statement which includes a thorough examination of geologic risks. (This has not been done since the 2011 earthquake.)

A new assessment of Severe Accident Mitigation Alternatives (SAMA) should be conducted by Dominion. (The last SAMA occurred in 2001.)

Harvesting and testing of components of the North Anna reactors to determine if they can operate safely for 80 years.

A new assessment of the structural integrity of the Lake Anna damn which holds the water for cooling the reactors.

An updated plan for the safe storage of the increasing radioactive waste stored at the power station.

A full public hearing on the license application which allows the public to speak and considers independent expert testimony.
