t PROJECT DIRECTORATE NO. 2 DIVISION OF PWR LICENSING - A LOCATION: Room 340 PLANTS RESPONSIBLE FOR: Summer, Beaver Valley 1/2, North Anna 1/2, Surry 1/2, Turkey Point 3/4, Robinson, Shearon Harris, Farley 1/2. Enclosed is a listing of the general, subject and procedures files that ' is maintained by the Project Director / Secretary. In addition, the secretaries maintain files on RAMS, T&A Reporting, Travel Files for each Project Manager and the Project Director, Travel and T&A Procedures Manuals, and general reading files on each plant. The i.icensing Assistant maintains the followir.g files: general files on each plant; all incoming applications. from 2ach plant for amendments, orders, ex.emptions, and reliefs; Sholly file os each plant; outgoing amendments, orders, exemptions, and reliefs for each plant; Sholly Procedures Manual, SERs, SSERs, Office Letters, Generic Letters, and Service List updates / corrections. In general, each Project Manager maintains the following files pertaining to his assigned plant: FSARs, Environmental Reparts, general file on incoming and outgoing correspondence, PM Briefing Book, ATWS File, PM Handbook, Generic Letters, SERs, SSERs, Shollys, SALPs, 0737 File. For the filing systems used before the reorganization, the fallowing plants were located in Operating Reactors Branch No.1, Room 440: Beaver Valley 1, Surry 1/2, Robinson, Farley 1/2, and Turkey Point 3/4 Beaver Valley 2 and Shearon Harris were located in Licensing Branch No. 3, Room 144 North Anna 1/2 was located in Operating Reactors Branch No. 3, in Room 428. The filing systems maintained during the old reorganization would be the same. It should be noted that many of these files are stored in the NRC Document Control System.
