Prior to the recent NRR reorganization, NRR staff tembers were encourage to reduce the amaunt of paper stored in the individual offices. Staff members were requested to focus the hard copy material stored in their offices that was also stored or filed and returnable from the OCS and as a result a large volume of excess as unnecessary raterial was disposed.
