[External_Sender] IPEC missed Sturgeon sampling day - 4/19/2021 Good afternoon, In accordance with Terms & Conditions #1 of the Amended Biological Opinion and Incidental Take Statement issued by the U.S. National Marine Fisheries Service to Entergy Indian Point on February 9, 2018 (the Amended Authorization), Entergy hereby provides NMFS and the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission a notification of a missed sampling day for April 19, 2021 due to an unexpected plant outage. The missed sampling day has be rescheduled to Thursday, April 29, 2021.
