[External_Sender] wk 4/5/21 - IPEC Weekly Sturgeon Monitoring Report Good afternoon, In accordance with Terms & Conditions #11 of the Amended Biological Opinion and Incidental Take Statement issued by the U.S. National Marine Fisheries Service to Entergy Indian Point on February 9, 2018 (the Amended Authorization), Entergy hereby provides NMFS and the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission with this weekly report on the condition of any Sturgeon encountered during the preceding weeks Ristroph Screen impingement sampling at IP2 and/or IP3. This weekly report includes the time and dates of all impingement sampling, the number of Shortnose and Atlantic Sturgeon observed, and the condition of those Sturgeon (i.e., alive, dead, injured), with at least one photograph of each such Sturgeon observed. A courtesy copy is contemporaneously provided to the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation. To that end, please be advised as follows:

During the week of April 5, 2021, impingement sampling was performed as scheduled at IP3 on April 5, 7, and 9 commencing at approximately 0730 a.m. and continued for 24 hours2.777778e-4 days <br />0.00667 hours <br />3.968254e-5 weeks <br />9.132e-6 months <br />. No sturgeon were observed.
