U.S. District Court, Post Office and Courthouse Building, 204 Main Street, Brattleboro, Vermont. The prehearing conference will continue, to the extent necessary, on Wednesday, November 15, 1989. Among matters to be considered at the conference will be the delineation of the key issues and sub-issues in the proceeding, discovery, possibility of stipulating various facts or settlement of various issues, further scheduling for the proceeding, and such other matters as may aid in the orderly disposition of the proceeding.
