Vennont Yankee Nuclear Power ' Station Facility Operating License No. DPR-28 This Board is being established pursuant to a notice published by the Comission on January 26, 1988, in the Federal Register (53 F.R.

2114) entitled, "Amendment to Facility Operating License and Opportunity for Prior Hearing." The proposed amendment would change the Technical Specifications to eliminate the present requirements to test the i remaining train (s) of the ECCS and SLC Systems when one train has a component out of service.
