In accord with the requirements of 10 C.F.R. 9_2.4, notice is hereby given that Dr. Harold VanderMolen, a Comission employee in the Office of Nuclear'Reacter Regulation, has been appointed as a Commission adjudicatory employee within the meaning of f 2.4 to advise the Commission on issues in the above-captioned proceeding related to consideration under the National

_ Environmental Policy Act of the proposed spent fuel pool reracking.

Dr. VanderMolen has not been engaged in the performance of any investigative or litigating function in connection with the Vermont Yankee facility or in any factually-related proceeding. -
