U.S. District Court, Post Office and Courthouse Building, 204 Main Street, Brattleboro, Vermont.
The prehearing conference will continue, to the extent necessary, on Wednesday, August 22, 1990.
The principal matters to be i
considered at the conference will be the status of discovery requests in this proceeding, oral arguments on lato-filed Contention X, further scheduling for the proceeding, and such other matters as may. aid in the orderly disposition of the proceeding.
