GRAND GULF 1 OPERATING LICENSE REVIEW COST ADJUSTMENT In a memorandum dated September 13, 1985, to Files from C. James Holloway, Jr.,on the Grand Gulf OL review costs, the cost summary sheet includes 2,039 hours4.513889e-4 days <br />0.0108 hours <br />6.448413e-5 weeks <br />1.48395e-5 months <br /> of NRR review time from June 24, 1984 through August 31, 1984 (issuance of license for full power operation (100%)). Of these 2,039 hours4.513889e-4 days <br />0.0108 hours <br />6.448413e-5 weeks <br />1.48395e-5 months <br />, a total of 210.5 nours equalling $13,051 should be excluded from the final OL review costs because these hours pertain to applications for license amendments or other required approvals for which we are required to assess separate fees based on fee determinations by the NRR Project Manager. These hours / costs were as follows:

Therefore, there is no basis for not collecting the fees for applications to which these hours pertain. The sole purpose of this memorandum is to document the fact that the total review costs of $3,156,557 reflected in our previous OL costs summary of September 13, 1985, is now revised to make the $13,051 adjustment. Consequently, the OL review costs for Grand Gulf 1 should read $3,143,506.
