FOR GRAND GULF NUCLEAR STATION, UNIT 1 DATE & TIME: Thursday, June 25,1998 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM LOCATION: Room T-07A1 Two White Flint North 11555 Rockville Pike Rockville, Maryland PURPOSE: The licensee will brief the NRC staff on the installation and design of the suppression pool ECCS strainer at Grand Gulf to meet NRC Bulletin 96-03. The installation was completed in the 9th refueling outage that ended last month. The Entergy presentation will begin after the licensee of Perry Nuclear Power Plant, Unit 1, discusses the analytical testing bases for this type of strainer. See the June 2,1998, meeting notice for Docket No. 50-440 (Perry).
