The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has issued t e enclosed Amendm nt No.16 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-9 for Enrico Fermi Ato ic Power Plant, Uni 1 (Fermi 1)

(Enclosure 1). The amendment consists of a change to the ermi 1 license in re onse to your application dated July 17,1998.
