I In accordance with 10 CFR 50.4(b)(4)(iiij, APS is forwarding two copies of Revision 11 to the Security Training and Qualification Plan to the Regional Administrator, NRC Region IV. This -
revision does not decrease the effectiveness of the Security Training and Qualification Plan and is being submitted pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(p)(2). Revision 11 to the PVNGS Secunty Training and Qualification Plan will reflect a more precise clarification to Section 1, Employment Suitability and Qualification; Subssction 1.0, Suitability.
APS has determined that the Security Training and Qua!ification Plan is a proprietary document and is subject to the controls of 10 CFR 2.790(d). APS requests that the enclosure be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with the provisions of.10 CFR 2.790(d) and should Do_1 be placed in the Public Document Room. ,
