I am providing notification of a change in personnel shown in the organization chart of the OSTR Technical Specifications as required by Technical Specification OREGON 6.7.c.3. Effective November 1, 2002, Dr. Scott Menn accepted the position and STATE responsibilities of Senior Health Physicist. He had previously held the position per UNIVERSITY our lines of succession. The change is now permanent.
