Notification of Personnel Change Gentlemen:
I am providing notification of a change in personnel shown in the organization chart of the OSTR Technical Specifications as required by Technical Specification 6.7.c.3. Effective November 1, 2002, Dr. Scott Menn accepted the position and responsibilities of Senior Health Physicist. He had previously held the position per our lines of succession. The change is now permanent.
