Change in Level 1 Personnel This purpose of this letter is to inform the Commission that effective October 29, 2018, Dr. Irem Turner will be appointed as the Interim Vice President for Research (VPR) at Oregon State University, replacing the position previously held by Dr. Cynthia Sagers. By this letter, the Commission is notified of this Level 1 staff transition, as required by Technical Specification 6.7.2.b.1 of License No. R-106, Docket No.20-243, for the OSTR.
