Class 1, 4.0.5 Surveillance Requirements for inservice Inspection and testing of ASME Code 2, and 3 components shall be applicable as follows:

a. e. Nothing in the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code shall be construed to supersede the requirements of any Technical Specification.
