As provided in 10 CFR 50.90, Pacific Gas and Electric Company hereby proposes to amend its Diablo Canyon Power Plant (OCPP) Facility Operating License No. DPR-76.
The proposed change amends paragraph 2.E. of the License which refers to the Diablo Canyon Security Plan and its approved revisions.
Infonnation associated with the p:Vposed change is provided in Attachments A, B and C.

Attachment A identifies and describes the p:oposed changes and AttacMent B consists of mplacanent pages to be substituted in the copy of the Security Plan in your possession. Upon approval of the revisions identified in Attachments A and B, we retuest that these be incorporated in the License as indicated in Attachment C.
The change has been reviewed and is considered administrutive in natum, and does not involve a significant hazards consideration. Further, there is reasonable assurance that the health and safety of the public will not be endangered.
