Dear Mr. Denton:
Enclot are three (3) signed and six (6) conformed copics of an application for an amendment to Facility Operating License No. DPR-76 dealing with the plant security plan.
Pursuant to 10 CFR 170.22, mandE has revicwed the proposed changes and detennined that a Class II amendment fee is applicable as the amendment is administrative in nature and has no safety or environmental i
significance. Accordingly, enclosed is a check in the amount of $1,200 in payment of the required Class II amendrent fee.
