RESPONSE TO REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION - NRC ORDER EA 086 SECURITY CONTINGENCY PLAN (TAC NO. MC 2988)

The purpose of this letter is to provide a response to NRC's request for additional information dated July 23, 2004. These questions concern Appendix C, Contingency Plan and Section 9.4.1 of TVA's proposed Physical Security Plan dated April 29, 2004, pursuant to the subject Order.

This response contains Safeguards Information as defined in 10 CFR 73.21. TVA therefore, requests that the Enclosure be withheld from public disclosure.
