NRC ORDER EA-03-086 TRAINING AND QUALIFICATION PLAN (TAC NO. MC 2988)
The purpose of this letter is to provide a response to NRC's request for additional information dated July 9, 2004 which was received on July 15, 2004.
These questions concern Appendix B, Training and Qualification Plan of TVA's proposed Physical Security Plan dated April 29, 2004, pursuant to the subject Order.
This response contains Safeguards Information as defined in 10 CFR 73.21.
TVA therefore, requests that the Enclosure be withheld from Public disclosure.
There are no new regulatory commitments in this letter.
