WEST BRANCH CONSERVATION ASSOCIATION'S LECOND RE-QUEST FOR ON- SITE INSPECTION OF INDIAN POINT UNITS

1. 2 and #3, of the CONSOLIDATED EDISON COMPANY AND THE POWER AUTHORITY OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK NBCA has received no reply to .ts first inter-rogatory of May 3rd on above captioned subject.

i Request for an on-site inspection is for the I purpose of testifying and is of itself an interroga-tory as previously stated in that it refers to con-tentions 2.2 and 5.1 in above captioned SP cases.

In accordance with orders of Hon. Louis Carter, Chairman of the ASLB, we are pursuing inter-rogatories of any contetnions in advance of setting ,
