SUFFOLK COUNTY SUPP.LEMENTAL REQUEST FOR PRODUCTION OF DOCUMENTS BY THE NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION STAFF Pursuant to 10 C.F.R. 552.741 and 2.744, the NRC Staff is requested by Suffolk County to produce for inspection and copying,-at the NRC offices in Bethesda, Maryland or at another mutually agreed-upon loca-tion, the documents specified below that are within the Staff's posses-sion, custody, or control. Such production shall be no later than 30 days from the date of service of this supplemental request.

DEFINITIONS AND INSTRUCTIONS FOR DOCUMENT PRODUCTION The definitions and instructions applicable to these supplemental requests are the same as those set forth in Suffolk County Request for Production of Documents by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, dated March 5, 1982.

1. All analyses, test results, and other information and docu-ments concerning water hammer experience and data obtained by the NRC from foreign sources, including but not limited to documents and information obtained from foreign nuclear agencies with which the NRC has agreements for cooperation or for the exchange of safety-a related information such as, for example, any such information ob-tained from the Italian CNEN or concerning the Caorso plant.

2. All documents which identify or describe all items that were not reviewed and/or resolved in the draft Control Room Design Review (CRDR) audit report, that will be reviewed in the~ detailed Shoreham i CRDR, as referenced in the Supplemental Safety Evaluation Report, item I.D.l.
3. All analyses, test results, correspondence, and any other 1

documents concerning the NRC Staff's review of the Shoreham Emergency Operating Procedures submitted to the NRC on July 21, 1981, and all documents concerning the NRC Staff's schedule for completing such re-view as discussed in the Shoreham Supplemental Safety Evaluation Report, item I.C.l.

4. All analyses, test results, and other documents concerning the NRC Staff's re/iew of the following LILCO submittals to the NRC, addressing the following TMI Action Items:

(a) item I.C.3 - May 15, 1981 submittal (b) items I.C.2, I.C.4, I.C.5, I.C.6 - July 31 and August 7, 1981 submittals.

5. All documents concerning the. draft BWR Owners' Group Emer-gency Procedures Guidelines as submitted to the NRC on June 30, 1980, and all subsequent revisions of such guidelines, and all analyses or documents concerning the implementation of such procedures at Shore-ham.
