Scott, This email is to acknowledge receipt of your GNF-A M20012 letter dated January 30, 2020, (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System Accession No. ML20030A121) which provides, Global Nuclear Fuel Submittal of Revised ISA Summary per 10CFR70.72(d). (Note: The cover letter may not be visible until the Document Processing Center finalizes the document in ADAMS)

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff completed a preliminary review of the information provided and identified no major deficiencies. In accordance with the Staff Requirements Memorandum for SECY-16-0009, Recommendations Resulting from the Integrated Prioritization and Re-Baselining of Agency Activities (ML16104A158), the NRC licensing staff will no longer perform detailed reviews of such documents. Therefore, no cost activity code has been assigned to this action. Nevertheless, please note that a detailed review may be performed by the NRC inspection staff in the future.

In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRCs Agency Rules of Practice and Procedure, a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records System component of the NRCs Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS). ADAMS is accessible from the NRCs Web site at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html (the Public Electronic Reading Room).
