- Pat, The GLE restructuring package submitted via letter GLE-2020-0007 entered ADAMS on February 27, 2019 as a non-public document. The NRC staff, in consultation with the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency, and the U.S. Department of Energy -
Oak Ridge Office are conducting an acceptance review. The NRC staff allows up to 60 days to complete the acceptance review (with a goal of 30 days). We will notify you if we identify any issues that need to be resolved in order to complete the review.
We are planning to meet with you on March 5, 2020 from 10am-12:00pm. The current list of NRC attendees will be Daryl Parsons, Keith Everly, Matt Bartlett and Jake Zimmerman.
