Public Announcement of Termination of the Term Sheet Agreement for Purchase and Funding of Global Laser Enrichment Wednesday, June 13, 2018 12:35:00 PM On June 12, 2018, the NRC received the attached press release from SILEX Systems Ltd regarding their termination of the term sheet agreement with GE-Hitachi for purchase and funding of Global Laser Enrichment (GLE). As a result, GE-Hitachi has directed GLE to begin to place the facility in safe shutdown.
