- Pat, The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff has reviewed your submittal via GLE letter GLE 2019-0120 providing Revision 8 to the Program Cyber Security Plan GLEP-00015R and Revision 8.5 to your Classified Distributive Information Network plan GLE-00023R. The submittal contains sufficient information for the NRC and U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) technical reviewers to proceed with the formal review.
As we discussed via email on Tuesday, November 5, 2019, DOE is in the process of finalizing their review in a letter to the NRC to be signed on November 13, 2019. Once the NRC staff receives this technical input, we will provide you with a determination letter. This review is expected to require DOE contract costs plus approximately 4 hours4.62963e-5 days <br />0.00111 hours <br />6.613757e-6 weeks <br />1.522e-6 months <br /> of NRC work.
We anticipate completing this review by November 29, 2019.
FYI: Your email of November 5, 2019 was the first notification I received of you submittal.
Typically, I receive automatic notifications from the Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS). However, sometimes that system does not work as intended, as in this instance. Although not required, you may want to consider emailing me a copy of your submittals which can help speed up processing because I dont have to wait for the documents to appear in ADAMS.
